If you're amongst the 500 000 first PS3 users that register your console on PlayStation Network you'll get Casino Royale on Blu-ray. It's a dual layer disc, 50 GB with lossless audio and MPEG-4 AVC in 1080p.

that's an amazing deal. So you probably save 30$, well I would have cuz I would have bought Casino Royale at some point anyway. Having on Blue-Ray is just icing on the cake.
