Gun games

Anybody here play, or got anything - good or bad - to say about light guns, and their games for the PS2?

I haven't played a light gun game, at home, since Duck Hunt for the NES. But I do still play them whenever I make it to the arcade. Which leads me to my main reason for making this post... Time Crisis 3 !

I've got to say, now that I've got my PS2 back I'm paying more attention to the news of upcoming games. And word of TC3 has definitely bended my ear! And, unlike the XBox, the PS2 has more than just one light gun game in its library. It has quite a few actually! So buying a light gun (and TC3) could be a worthwhile purchase. But I dont know...

I too am thinking of buying a light-gun game for my PS2.

Strangly Duck Hunt was the last time I played a gun game too....

Reviews seem good for Time Crisis 2 and 3 (although some have said the games are too short) which has almost tipped me over the edge into running out and buying a copy.

The prospect of 2 players being able to play at the same time has me really exicited.

It seems and I hope this kind of game could and will be fun for even those houseguests that come over that aren't all that INTO video games per say....

Dont have to be a hardcore gamer to have fun pointing a gun at a screen and shooting like a madman.

Only thing that has held me back is that lame-ass gun that comes bundled with the game. I am not 5 years old... a solid blaze-orange piece of plastic just does not fullfil my gaming requirments.

Seriously though... every time I see that thing it just ruins the fantasy and fun for me..... LAME!!!!

Put all that aside...... and I am buying these games as soon as I can find them at a decent price without the guns included and I can find a decent pair of black (to macth my PS2), more realistic looking guns on ebay or at a videogame store.
