Nice 4-page article about predictions for this holiday season. Everyone thinks Sony will do best at retail because of sales of PS2's, followed by Nintendo with its DS and Wii. Most also don't think price is going to be a factor for these next few months at least. It will be an issue further down the line though.

I don't think price will be an issue either, at least not at launch. Gamers (or at least a percentage of the die hards -- and there's enough of them to sell all the existing units) have proven to be far more willing to pay whatever price to get whatever they want.

Yeah, those early adopters. I love those guys. They reveal all the bugs and problems with any new item, so that by the time I end up buying it, the company has been forced by these guys to fix these things.
