Need Advice on upgrading

Hi guys Im currently in the process of upgrading my pc which has the following stats:

CPU: AMD 2000+
RAM: 256
MBoard: K7 with integrated Video and Sound.

As you can see this sucks plain and simple. This is what I'm buying:

AMD 3200 Venice
512 RAM
MBoard K8
Video: GeForce 7300

So, my question is if this is decent enough? or would you guys consider different options based on my budget?

Decent enough for what? It'll run yesterday's games fine, but will have trouble with today's games (anything that came out this year). You're not gonna be playing Oblivion, GRAW or Condemned happily with that video card. But if you don't intend to play those graphic-intensive first person games, you'll be fine.

Mmmm I see, I meant good enough for games like F.E.A.R , doom 3 and WoW. But I see your point. So what video card wouldyo recommend? 7800?
