I'll need to buy a flight yoke first!
I am curious about this one, next gen Windows OS:Vista user & the claim of GPS technology, authentic roads/hwys & being able to fly over my hometown & navigate familiar streets.
Anyway, I doubt my rig will run it, I need to have Mochan over for lunch & have him build me a new state of the art gaming rig for under $2K,lol.

Heck i could build you one for under 1k as long as your Harddrive and memory can be recycled for the new PC

Oh yeah, you're an American! LOL You couldn't make a decent computer up here for under a grand... a media computer sure, but not a gaming rig. I built one for my mom, and I got it all for, I think around 900 bucks before tax.

Ya well lets just say i got a 21'" monitor for 89.99 U.S. high quality to.all you have to do is shop EBAY.People might laugh but man i got alot of nice stuff off there for cheap.Nice 4800+ Athlon cpu/mobo combo for under $400 i seen a few days ago wish i had the money to blow for it.Found a geforce 6800 GT PCI-E for like $80.even seen a geforce 7950 for like $275 think thats like a $500 card brand new
The monitor [19" SyncMaster 930B -8ms] is about all that's recyclable on my current rig [blasted RDRam board]. Maybe I'll learn to build my own when I retire & have the time. Until then its the Gateway/Dell/AlienWare custom pre-built route for me. The up side is I can buy a gaming rig that should be viable for 3 yrs aprox $2K. Now not knowing who [Dell or Gateway] will still be around that long to warranty their product is another question.
Dell has a 1-4 year warrenty depending on what you want or will pay for.

You do not have to be a rocket scientist to build your own E.T. Plus you do not need alot of time to build one.I can put a whole PC together in less then 45 minutes. The only thing i ever had problems with was where the little wires go for the power light and sound i believe.Theres like 10 wires that are coded and seem to never match the codes you hook them into on the mobo, but i just take it to my local pc tech and does it for me for like $3.
