After reading these last few posts about the PSP, I was curious. Back in the day, I used to play around with the Amiga OS to get it to do things it wasn't supposed to, but my PSP is for gaming only. Or was.
I went to Amazon and did some checking, and to my surprise there are several books on the PSP. But the newest is Hacking the PSP. This book (approx. 300 pages) has fourteen reviews, and all of them give it an unprecedented five stars. So, I jumped. ($16 or so)
Which makes me wonder. Since the PSP is capable of all these incredible things beyond gaming, why isn't Sony developing non-gaming apps to take advantage of this sweet little piece of hardware?
