Shipwreckers/Overboard

I am playing Shipwreckers and frequently get stuck. Usually I figure it out, but I am stuck on a level that I am getting very frustrated with. There is no information out there for this game. I just need to know where to go to solve my problem. I have the only cheat codes available and that is to get from level to level...I would like to complete the level I am on before going to the next. Please help me. Thank you.

"Shipwreckers" part of post caught me off guard.
I also did a little searching, but have no luck thus far.
My nephew tells me this is the same game titled "Overboard" for Playstation.

Here's (http://www.gamewinners.com/DOSWIN/blshipwreckers.htm) a level skip cheat guide. There may be no walkthroughs for the game, but at least you can just skip the level.
