What are you talking about? NBA Live, ESPN NBA, or NBA inside drive.
Comparing last years releases of each game, Live will have the best gameplay. ESPN formally known as 2k series will have the best franchise options. I never played Inside Drive. If EA makes their franchise mode as good as Maddens ,then I would pick Lve over ESPN. Sega has to redo the game engine, hasnt changed awhole alot since the orginal NBA 2k game. I hate the way the game freezes when you grab a defensive board, and it flows like crap.

I think hes talking about NBA JAms lattest installment. NBA Jam has gotta be one of the longest running basketball series I can think of.
If memory serves, the original came out nearly five years ago [late'98 or early '95 on Game Boy]. I think the've released a new game almost every year since?

Yeah I can remember the orginal NBA jam I used the Kings with Wayman Tisdale and Spud Webb. To me the series got old, only so many times before "He's on fire!" gets old too. I quit playing the series when they went a NBA jam CE. NBA streets is nice replacement NBA jam.

For anyone who cares.
NBA live Oct 14
ESPN NBA Oct 28

Midway is making a NBA Ballers, due out next year. It will be an one on one NBA basketball. The screen shots for this game look great.

I am starting a fantasy basketball league, for those interested PM me.

live has the best gameplay?? i have to strongly disagree! live is just a dunkfest, it kind of reminds me of nba jam. the freestyle control turns this game into a total arcade game! it will go like this next season--

live- most arcadish game

ESPN- best franchise mode

NBA INSIDE DRIVE- best gameplay

i don`t want to go into detail about ID`s gameplay but you can look at the game reviews here and see what people are saying about this game. basicly, the game just plays a better game of basketball than the other games.
