Just about every year Darwin and/or myself had tried desperately to get a VGR racing league started, each time it failed. Well maybe with the 360 things will be a little bit different, I hope!
So how about it guys, let's start a league? I'm not going to dive into details before I can get some kind of assessment of how many guys are interested. Of course the maximum number of riders online is 16, but it is possible to have more than that by doing team racing. Where we have 8 teams of 2 or more riders, if someone can't make it a particular week then their teammate(s) can ride. We probably won't have to worry about getting 16 riders from VGR, but if we can get 6-8 and augment ourselves with friends from our buddy list we can do this. Even if we only get about 8, if they are dedicated we can still have a great season.
In terms of particulars we usually like to run full sims, to make things easy probably no restrictions on bikes or riders, use an existing rider or create your own. Just keep it simple to try and get the ball rolling. Of course we can implement black flag rules for bumping and crashing, those are always fun. Fun is the main idea here, not necessarily winning.
We'd need to pick a night to run too. Friday nights are usually good, except for those single guys. But I think 11pm or midnight, this way people are usually in and kids are in bed. Anyway...if you are interested sound off! Rider skill doesn't matter, like I said, its all about fun and just trying your best.
