Called Tenchu Kurenai.
From Software has announced a new game in its Tenchu series at the Tokyo Game Show 2003. The new game will be called Tenchu Kurenai. The Japanese word "kurenai" refers to a shade of red lipstick. The main characters in Tenchu Kurenai are two female ninjas, Ayame (who returns from Tenchu 3) and a new character named Rin. From Software announced very few details outside of the game's development, and has released no new art other than that which appears on the game's official Web site, though as the site suggests, the game will likely be published by Activision, just like the previous games in the series. The new game will include a new "instant kill" system, as well as a number of new supporting characters. Tenchu Kurenai is scheduled for release in 2004 for the PlayStation 2.
One thing I like about the PS2, if you like one title, you're sure to see at least one more take on it at some time in the future.
