From GameInformer Online...

The cover art for Europe’s Football Manager 2006 for Xbox 360 reveals some very interesting information. On the bottom of the left hand corner shows a logo marked Hard Disk Drive Required. Football Manager 2006 is a soccer team management sim from Sega. Could other 360 developers follow suit in the future?

Alex Ward told Game Informer Online in a recent interview that Microsoft is telling developers that 90% of 360 owners have a hard drive. Are they now backing away from the hard and fast rule of "every game must be playable without a hard drive"?

I hope they are backing away from that thought. From what I know, people who couldn't get the Premium 360s and had to get a Core, have bought a HDD instead of the memory unit.

Were there just one kind of 360 in Europe, like in Japan?
