Hello... I used to be a loyal fan of the original PCGR website. At first glance, I was freaked to see that the site had changed to new owenership. This has saddened me, for PCGR was one of my favorite websites. Why? Well, I could simply type in the URL and click on the alphabetical letter of the game I wanted. No links to wade through. Straight forward and user-friendly. Now, I am at a loss. It seems the staff is trying to accomodate old users the best they can. I have read several times that the old features, such as alpha sorting will be implemented soon enough. This gives me some peace of mind.

However, I started this thread for one reason: Font size on the review pages. Why... just why have you guys [staff] decided to go with the modern web trend of small font paragraphs centered in a tiny column in the middle of the page? It leaves plenty of unused white space. I sincerely believe what made people love PCGR so much was the large, easy to read, no BS page layout of the reviews. I didn't have to squint my eyes at the harsh white background. I most sincerely ask that you consider changing the review layout. What is the purpose of having such small trendy font size? Must there be so much white space? Why must this site look so trendy. We have learned that trends in web design do NOT make websites popular. The famous maddox.xmission.com website is affable as a result of its easy to read, user friendly layout... and receives some of the most traffic on the internet.

Please consider my request. I am under age 25 and do not wear glasses and I still find the review page unpleasant to read.

I'm sorry you don't like the font size chosen and find it trendy. Our design team chose the font size and felt it was a good choice for all of our sites. I'll pass your comments on to them.
