Well, not quite but Bungie made a new character for the game. It is a Spartan warrior and her name is Nicole.

Old news, and it's not really that great, from a DOA fans perspective. For one, there is no place for the Spartan in the DOA universe. I think I read somewhere that the Spartan will not be in single player mode. And a Spartan as a fighter? I can't see that clunky suit fighting the smooth fights that DOA delivers. Itagaki will make it work though, and I of course will play as her.
