Morrowind Jim Stacey

Hi,
I'm doing the quests for Jim Stacey. I finished the quest for Hrundi to "join the cause", and when I asked for the next job Jim told me to come back when I reach Mastermind status in the Guild. What did I do wrong here. I don't know how to get to that status without doing quests. I've done all the quests that are in the walk-through for the Thieves Guild. Is there something I'm missing?

You need to go about doing every single job for various Thieves Guilds around Vvardenfell. It'll take a while, but it's obtainable. For now though, on you Character sheet (IIRC) you should have a record of your current status within every organization you've worked for.
