FF7 PS3 remake

As some of you know there has been a clip of what FF7 would look like on PS3, however Square Enix as said it was only for display and they are not making a FF7 remake. I would like to make a petition to see if I could convince Square Enix otherwise so they'll make it. I just made this petition not long ago at all and I would wish that you all could take a minute of your time to sign it. I know it's doubtful it will work but it's worth a try and maybe, just maybe, we could give them second thoughts about it.

So I ask, please just take a minute of your time and sign this petition.

I'm going to try to go to as many places as I can to get a lot of signings. If I get enough I will send it to Square Enix, but I would imagine we would need thousands of signatures to even have a shot, but I am up to the challenge to do all I can.

The game would cost so much to make. Of course it would sell, read the egm where ff7 is on the cover. it would take a long time they said, like 5 years. You dont need to petition, it'll happen if they choose to 100 man team it and do it. The bottom line is do you want a new ff game for ps3 or a remake? BOTH!!!

My opinion of this is that if they wern't going to remake it then why waste the time to redo the intro clip? Why not just go and make the intro clip of a new game? WHY TEASE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE??!!?? At first they said there was no plan to remake it, then they said it was not out of the question. The FFVII project is nowhere near done. Not with AC and DoC. That whole bit about it would take so long. If you think about it, they could jsu tuse the CG characters they already have from AC.

IMO, I think the reasoning was that since FF7 was one of the first games that drew mainstream media attention for the Playstation (I remember seeing Cloud and Co. on Pepsi products and what not), why not use the same product to demonstrate what Sony's new machine can do and how much the technology has improved?

Of course, if you have a PS2, you could "replay" FF8 as "The Bouncer," considering the characters look the same and all. Thank you, I'll be here all week!

Square has done alot to tease us. Just goto their site and check out the new FFVII vids. Why go through all that trouble of making those new vids? I believe there is something they are no telling us. Why do all that new character profiles, trailers, and story crap just for their website? No I am not serious about the Mystic quest comment.

ummm how come im a big ff buff but never heard of mythic quest must not have been good AT ALL so anyways they should just make the same game but with all the graphics as good as the cutscene when cloud crashes through the shinra buildings glas on the mortercycle

I signed it but not sure if it came out, i hope it did. I thinki there should be a re make of final fantasy 7, it was one of the best games ever and i would imagine it would make a mint if they did a re make, what is holding them back i wonder? I know they made a re make of wild arms 1 and someone who has played it wasnt too impressed with the re make, which is a shame, i would hope if they did make a re make of ff7 it would be really worth while. Imadine a ff7 with top graphics, some voice acting, and some added things. If i had the money id buy it for sureeeee. I still hope to get wild arms f anyway? I love the wild arms games too.

...this is just an idea, and I'm probably the only one who would actually do it, since I don't have any plans to buy one unless it happens, but maybe if enough people boycotted the PS3, it might happen...sometimes I can't believe the things I say.

how about ff3, if i'm not mistaken it's Mystic Quest, when will it be out on ds?
