Morrowind--- Chameleon

I have 100% Chameleon through a cheat code. It stays on all the time. Is there a way to control this? Is there a way to turn it on and off? I really wouldn't want to give it up, because I'm not at a high enough level to play the game with this on all the time.Someone please help.

Your post is rather confusing. Are you asking how to turn the cheat code off? Or saying you want to keep it on all the time?

I dont use cheats myself, but wonder if bringing up the console in game & deleting code for
Chameleon would be possible?

Just use a cheat code to turn it off. Set it to 0%. That cheat makes the game too easy anyway.
