[Superjoint Ritual]

I hate vaporware, esecially when the vaporware is a game I'm looking forward to. So with that, let's find out what happened to these games if we can.

Xenosaga- Namco announced it once, then it kinda dissapeared.

Baten Katios- same as above.

Katamari DS- Nintendo Power annonced it, and the only people more surprised than DS owners was Namco USA. Though I hope it isn't, it's probably vaporware.

Final Fatasy 3- Annunced by Sqaure and was a no show at E3.

Mana game- The same as above.

Vandle Hearts 2- I don't even know if this game was announced, but it's being moved around the internet.

So, if you know anything on the above, please enlighten us. And feel free to add you vaporware.

Well, speaking of Square, they also announced they were doing Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles DS, as well as a new Mana game. But like you said, they were a no-show at E3 with DS software.

Did square show anything for PsP either?

I don't have time this morning to go link hunting, but Isn't there also a confirmed release of the next Katamari for both Ps2 and GC? I was wonderingi if the GC version might have got mistranslated early on as a release for DS. Porting the game to GC seems a lot easier than developing a whole new touch screen version for DS.

A DS version would be nice but hopefully not until next year, but this year's release schedule is already getting to be about as much as I can afford. This year will be much tighter for me than most have already bought many games, and I've already got about six more DS titles, 2 GC and 2 Ps2 titles still to go, and probably something else PsP will come to light, too. Maybe Death Jr if it turns out good.

So the "vaporware". . .I hope those titles you mentioned are in the works. And I sincerely hope they are 2006 titles is why we've seen so litle on them.
