the internal destruction system looks pretty cool. They did something similar in Romeo Must Die.

But, I am kinda disappointed that Namco couldn't be a bit more original. Why does it have to be Nina? Is Namco not capable of creating a new, attractive character for it? It has to milk more from already declining tekken popularity?

It has been a while since Konami show anything for Cy girls. I rather play that than this..:( I hope Namco would bring tekken back to life with something cool and innovative, not something like Nina's advanture cheese cake. It looks like SC2 is heading where tekken is going soon....

I think they're trying to go the route of Tecmo and its myriad different DOA inspired games. Action games aren't really selling that well in Japan currently so I guess the next step is to introduce characters from other genre's. Or, it could just be a rivalry thing with Team Ninja.

I personally don't mind seeing Nina. I would like to see more storyline around her, and I think it would be nice to see some guest appearences from other Tekken guys...

...like my boy JIN. After all, she was supposed to assassinate him...

Dont get me wrong from what I've seen so far it looks interesting. One game comes to mind here:Sub Zero:Mythologies.

Sub Zero was in his own game. And to be honest it really wasnt that great of a game either. It had great potential but Sub-Zero simply couldnt carry an entire game by himself.

I'm afraid that the same could happen here with Nina and this Tekken spin off.I could be wrong on this, but Namco could spice this one up to be something special. We will just have to wait and see.
