I think I'll wait and see what ten other gamer-reviewers say about it before I buy this over something else. At most, I think it'll be a rental, like all the others.

I admit, I have Road Rage. don't ask me why I bought this game, I must have been drunk. It's not so much the game play (because it pretty much sucks) but the ridiculous things that the characters say. It keeps me in stitches, all authentic voices. Its so funny it's like watching the show. I read the game play of this new one is like GTA, you know running around to different locations delivering things, racing and all that good stuff. Also its got like an 80% at gamerankings so I think I might check it out. Just for the sheer comedy of it all. :D

BEST SIMPSONS GAME EVER by a LANDSLIDE!!

Good racing engine, lots of personality, seems a bit easy but I'm just getting started.

This game is a legit FUN game! Everyone should at least give this a rent...it would be good without the license IMO, it has a TIGHT racing engine...the only problems I have are the camera when you're on foot and it's not a bigger, more occupied game. There's not enough interaction with characters...BUT when a sequal to this comes out(notice I said WHEN because this game is so good it WILL SELL LIKE MAD!) I think it could be almost a GOTY contender if it fixes what it needs to!

nah, this one wouldn't qualify as GOTY but if a sequal came out it could very well possibly IMO.

I actually bought it this weekend. I played it for only an hour. I have still to get back into it. Been doing online gaming mostly.

Just bought Soldier of Fortune 2 for Xbox, so if you still have it we can play some time, Tappy. I actually like it as much as Wolfenstein, as far as the online portion is concerned.

how much did you pay for SoF? It's still full price here and I'm not getting it until it's around 30$. It's got an excellent online portion that is pretty much lag free...you gotta hate the constant "FIRE IN THE HOLE" crap though...

Not on my budget. :( There's quite a few sleeper hits, but for unplanned purchases I'll have to go with Freedom Fighters.

Unfortunately I still payed $40 for it. Phaze Velocity may pick up the game, FYI.

Since almost noone is playing SOF2 online, if we got a small nit group of guys to play it, we could almost have the whole game to ourselves. It would be kinda nice to have a FPS where we all knew each other and played together with only our own small group. Also, since most of us haven't played it extensively, it would be easy for people to "get in on the ground floor" ... i.e. people could join our little group and not have to worry about, "Oh, I'm a newbee among SOF2 hardcore players". We would all sort of be equally footed at first. Just an idea. Don't know if that will ever materialize.

The basic problem with Wolfenstein, besides finding a stable server, is that it is only team based and there is no ability to communicate with guys on the other team.

I am actually pretty impressed with the level designs of SOF2 and the ballance of the weapons when playing online.

Darwin, I think we should all pick up Rainbow Six 3 because it only allows 4 on 4 action and we could make a great team if we practiced enough at it...you seen this "Arena" show on G4? I swear, if we get good enough at any LIVE game we should make arrangements and fly to G4.

Hey, I'm for getting Rainbow Six 3. I missed out on getting Ghost Recon when it came out, and I don't feel like joining in now that everyone else has gotten really good at it.

exactly. Poeple know the maps so well they'll dominate all newbies. I had bought GR when it was first released but I just couldn't get into it.

Rainbow Six 3 is gonna be AWESOME! Imagine shooting out lights like in Splinter Cell online...I can't frikkin wait!
