Yep I believe this to be true! I was in Futureshop and Toys R Us and saw a device that is in the shape of an GBA/SP cartridge yet it lets you store MP3s on it to listen to music on the GBA/SP. The DS is compatible with GBA/SP so this should work!

I don't really know to be quite honest, but it is only $50 Canadian~
