How do I get a picture next to my user name?

I see some people have little pictures next to there user name when they reply to someones question.... so how do I do it?

Save an avatar (small pic) to your desktop.

Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 20000 bytes (whichever is smaller).

Click on "my profile" then Avatars. Upload your saved picture by clicking on "Browse" and finding the file on your desktop. Select the file and select "open" Then click on Submit modification. Your avatar should show when you post.
