95-xp???

Just a quick question can a game which has been designed for windows 95 be played on windows xp???

the game is called commanche 3.and i saw it in my local store for £3!!
it looks like a decent game for that money.....but can i play it on xp????

Go to http://www.ntcompatible.com/ and check the games list. They list almost all games and whether or not they can be run in Windows NT, 2000, or XP. Sometimes the game will need some tweaks to run, that site usually gives good instructions.

The site says that Commanche 3 cannot be installed in XP. Try looking for a forum about the game itself, like Novalogic's tech support. But I suspect you're out of luck.
