There's a 680mb demo available <a href="http://www.filerush.com/download.php?target=AOW_DEMO_EURO.EXE">here</a>. Unzipped it's 1.4gb and it's only one mission. I tried it on the weekend, it was okay, really nice graphics and clearly high production values. Lots of full-motion video and nifty effects.

The game itself seems to emphasize flash and style over gameplay and strategy. But that was true of the Command & Conquer series, hell it's true of nearly every RTS, so I suppose this game is as good as its peers. It definitely stands up well against C&C Generals (which it clearly is trying to copy). Atari is obviously trying to start a big-name military RTS series along the C&C lines, and they'll probably succeed given how pissed C&C fans are at EA.

Ya, im really looking forward to this game coming out too. Im a big fan of C&C Generals, and RTS games in general. I think this game looks really promising. Oh, and my friend found a link for the trailer. The trailer seems to give a little more insight as to how the complete version will look. I cant wait! Awesome game! I bought the full version after playing the demo and it was totally worth it! I reccomend to everyone to at least try the free demo! Also I would say check out this really cool blog I found about it that goes in-depth about the game! http://www.livejournal.com/~act_of_war

Wow Mochan, you have been out of the loop as you said (playing Magic I think?). Most games these days are weighing in at around 4 Gigs...
