I hope all the early critiques of the new site haven't been too frustrating for you. Anyone who's been on this site the last few years knows you do a great job, and will be patient enough to stick around while some of the more popular features from the old site get migrated over.

Thank you for the kind words! They are very much appreciated, believe me. We don't mind the constructive criticism at all. What is very disheatening for me is to see the "I'm outa here" or "this sucks" type posts. Personally I feel comments like those aren't going to make things better.

Sometimes change is absolutely necessary. This is one of those times. The alternative, well I don't even want to think about it.
