I have a simple question for you. What in the world is so flippin' great about the Gamecube lineup for the Fall? It seems to me like it is kind of the same old same old. You have a couple platformers that will sell like crap(Billy Hatcher and Viewtiful Joe). You have Kirby the kiddy airride and Mario Party Ad Nauseum. You have a snowboard game that people don't seem too excited about in 1080. You have a Zelda rehash that won't even make it out by the end of the year. That leaves Mario Kart which will sell. You have Rogue Squadron which will do well too if it makes it out in time---big if there. Finally, that leaves the multiplats like True Crime and Prince of Persia which look like the highlights of the lineup other than Mario Kart and Rogue Squadron. What did I miss there Geezer. Not only does this lineup look like it will not sell well, but it does not look look like it will play real well either. When you respond could you limit your discussion to the merits of the GC lineup instead of taking shots at the Xbox lineup. I don't want any comparisons---I just want to know what is so wonderful about the GC this holiday season(other than a price drop). Btw folks---sorry to start a new thread here, but I think that it is the only way to get a response out of the Geez.

The truth hurts for them doesnt it Whaxx? Yep.You posed a very good question for 78.I mean really does the GC's X-mas lineup even comes close to killing the Xboxs? Not even close IMO.After P.N.03 getting the boot in the quality department I wouldnt be singing the praises of anymore GC games for awhile.Well at least the latest Wrestlemania for the GC was better than the last one.But who cares when you got games like Smackdown:Here Comes The Pain & Raw II on the horizon.

Nothing, POD. There is absolutely nothing great about the GCs fall lineup - as far as real gamers are concerned.

But, for the few GC-only types, it's like the veritable pot-at-the-end-of-the-rainbow! You really want to know what these kitties are so giddy about? It is this: this fall they are actually going to be seeing a new game come out practically every other week - instead of every other month! That's it! So at this point it doesn't really matter to them that the games are no good; as this fall's going to feel like a coming out of the desert to them.

My GC is starving for attention too, but you couldn't give me any of those games that those kitties are listing! Because I am not starving. Quite the contrary, I've been feasting heavily and living the high life all year long with what's been provided for me by my XBox.

This fall will be awesome though... for the XBox, not the GC!

Oh btw, if you're looking for a response out of Spamming Geezer 78, you're prolly going to have to look somewhere else - he won't reply within this thread.
