Anyone know how to enable drop down screen after putting information in ini and pressing scribble line during play
it won't drop for me anyone know why?

Not sure if this is whats needed, but:
Hitman console is activated by the ~ key.
Hitman commands typed in console are activated by presing ENTER key.
