PS2=computer entertainment system?

I was just looking at a gaming magazine and beside PS2 symbol it says computer entertainment system. Then that got me thinking why is it called the computer entertainment system when xbox is jsut called video game system? It seems to me that a normal computer has things like a hard drive and a modem doesnt it? Things the xbox has. Don't you think a name change is in order. :p

It's cause Sony doesn't have to contend with the stigma that's attached to PC gaming. X-box resembles a PC from hardware to game selection and MS obviously doesn't want to market the console as a computer, for the obvious reasons, so they've got no other choice really. Part of the reason, I think, why they cancelled the Keyboard and Mouse setup for the console.

Regardless whether or not the Xbox in the eyes of Sony-Man-milk-drinkers is a PC or not the bottom line is:ITS A VIDEOGAME CONSOLE! The PS2 is a VIDEOGAME CONSOLE! The GC is A VIDEOGAME CONSOLE!

Now that we got that out the way lets talk about games Fragmaster.What PS2 games are you looking forward to that you think is going to make some real noise? Be my guess Fragmaster:Show me you can actually talk about videogames instead of continuing to sound like a fanboy whose lips is super-glued to Sony's rear end.So Mr.New York show us that you actually know something after all.
