OK, I'm a Morrowind Idiot

Could someone please explain to me (like I'm a four year old) EXACTLY how to install the super adventurer's mod?

How do I install plugins?
First, read the text file that may have come with it for any special instructions. Otherwise, all you will need to do is get the new .esp file into your Morrowind > DataFiles directory. If the file is zipped, simply unzip it (try winzip (http://www.winzip.com/)) to get the actual .esp file out.
Finally, simply launch Morrowind, click on "Data Files" and double-click on the plugin(s) that you want to use.
