Where's the darn Radio Tower?...Ski Resort 2

Hi, I know this sounds like a stupid question but I really can't find the Radio Tower (in the buildings) in Ski Resort Tycoon 2 which I need for entertainment and other things. Could someone pleeaaaase direct me?
