soe is forcing neutral out of game with their imperail crack down and making it a pvp game only,so advertisements that able to be neutral in this game are now false, if this not happened to your charactor yet, dont go to kor villa area

Makes sense... Who wants to play a game based on a movie where the Imperials are gallivanting around with the "rebel scum". You could still be neutral if your character were a merchant for example- but once you choose sides in a war, all bets are off!
