Man, this game keeps looking cooler and cooler. This clip is based more around the action scenes this time around, but it also throws in a few cool conversation scenes and....finally...shows us what a Zone Blowout, one of the weird anomalies, will look like.

For a 118mb download I wasn't terribly impressed. It doesn't really show much that's exciting or new. Don't get me wrong, the environments are still beautiful. But half of the video is about the player sniping guards in the dark. This is not a new concept to video games, and it doesn't do much to show off the incredible setting. The second half shows the player being chased by ferocious dog-like animals, and boy those look like they could get annoying. I don't mind monsters and I don't mind the occasional one that jumps from a dark corner. But routinely being chased by packs of wild dogs? That doesn't sound fun.

I'm still looking forward to the game for sure. But this video is not the best I've seen. The absolute best video game trailer ever made was the one for Far Cry, edited and narrated like a movie trailer. A close second is the one for Beyond Good & Evil.
