I just borrowed the game from a friend, and I was wondering, in the Framerate option, which way runs the best? thanks.

No V-sync means that the game renders as many frames per second regardless of your monitor refresh rate...but you get the occasional tear across the screen on occasion. It goes from being barely noticable to pretty apparent. Really only good for benchmarking and stuff

V-sync renders according to your monitors refresh rate...sometimes under (there's 10,000 arguments about what it actually does). You don't get any tears in the screen and thus you get the best image quality.

30 Frames Per Second...renders it at 30 FPS, just like it says. What that means is that you'll always get a more consistant framerate but it's really for low to mid-line computers that'll go from super smooth to choppy just by looking in certain directions..for yours I'd just go with v-sync.
