First off, how the hell do I get to the extra missions in Chapter 8 and Subchapter 3 in Weapons Master Mode? Also, how do I go about collecting every character's last three weapons? Thanks!

You're going to have to leave those missions alone for now. Finish up the rest of the missions and the WMM map will be updated. Now, you'll have one new mission for every single spot on that map. And some of these missions are really hard. Anyways, go back to the map and into the chapter with the missions you can't get into. If you do a mission near them, chances are that a new road will open up to that mission. Oh and, whether a path opens up or not depends sometimes upon what your level is so I'd suggest that you start over from the beginning of the map and continue from there. By the time you get to the chapter with the mission, you should be at a sufficient enough level to open up the unlinked missions.

As for the missing weapons, well, more subchapters will open up around those unlinked missions and there's a subchapter that only opens up when you reach level 72 and up. If you haven't discovered it by the time you reach level 72, come back and ask and I'll tell you which mission you need to complete in order to open up that final subchapter.
