I'm after some clock-speed killer programs, hmm....basically i've got some old windows 95 games + some emulated games that run insanely fast on my comp and i'm looking to see if theres some modern game clock speed reducers out there, I remember there was an old one called "Slowmo" but that was for dos games only, is there something for win xp or at least would work on xp?

Basically I want a small program that I could configure for each old game or emulator I play and adjust the game speed to a much more playable setting. lol

I know that a good Slomo type program exists for WinXP, I've used one. Thing is...I can't remember the name of the damn thing otherwise I'd point you in the right direction.

Try and hit up underdogs or something. I think they have a good list of CPU killers on their site.
