World Action Realm (WAR) is now accepting advance signups for the all new Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow league. You can signup today @ www.war-ladders.com/scpt. For those of you who do not know, a league is designed to set up a ladder system in which players compete online against other ppl.
