I must admit that 2003 lacked a bit of luster when compared to 2001 and 2002 but I myself am not worried. Xbox has some of the biggest games coming out and many of them this 2004. Splinter Cell Pandora will start the heat this month. Halo 2 will come out blasting the hell out of everyone this September. Kameo will mark the shine of Rare on Xbox on that same month. Silent Hill 4 will scare the hell out of RE4. Hitman signs the Contracts (pun intended). DOA Ultimate will come out within the year. Driv3r starts rolling this June. ESPN's 2004 games plus that of EA Sports will entertain.

Fellow Xboxers, there's so much to enjoy this year! Enjoy your Xbox and play Live!

I don't agree at all that 2003 was slow. For me 2003 was the year of LIVE. It was my first full year of LIVE and it was the best gaming experience I've had. I guess the games aren't as big as in name, but LIVE itself just made the experience better than any great single player game. It started with MechAssault, MotoGP2, Wolfenstien, MidtownMadness, CrimsonSkies, Rainbow6, and finally ProjectGotham2. I had a hell of a year playing those games on LIVE. Then when you sprinkle in some great single player games like KOTOR, I think this was the best. Before I use to think Halo was the best XBOX game, now my ranking is like this #3 Halo, #2 MotoGP2, #1 Rainbow6. Obviously, Halo single player kills the other two, but i've put in maybe 4 times the hours on LIVE in Rainbow6 and Motogp2, than Halo, all because of LIVE.

But I completely agree, that this year, has even more games, even more of them are on LIVE, and even some great single player games. My most wanted game this year is TOCA Racer2(hopefully it will live up to billing), then I see that codemasters is doing another INDY CAR game, could this be the first LIVE open wheel racing sim? So Indy Car is now on my radar, of course, Splinter Cell2, Full Spectrum Warrior.

IMO, 2002 was a far slower year in Xbox land than 2003. 2003 put out some KILLER titles for Xbox...Crimson Skies, Return to Castle Wolfenstien, RS3, and PGR2 just to name a few which were really outstanding. 2004 is looking to be another wonderful year for Xbox, and especially Xbox LIVE.

RTCW is still keeping me entertained right now, and I don't think I'm gonna have to buy another FPS until Halo 2 so it's all good.

Why of course 2003 has its high points like KOTOR and Xbox Live. Silly that I did not mention those.

I must admit that in regards to 2003, I meant the holidays were kinda slow to me.

But anyways, let's look forward to this year's releases. Not only are they Xbox' hottest, they will be the industry's hottest gmes. Halo 2 is the number game on my list and to keep me busy will be Xbox Live and the rest of the hits coming along the way.

Go X04!
