9800 SE soft moddable?

Do I have this right on the following GPU's?:

ATI 9800 SE> 128mb, 4 pipe render, soft moddable?

ATI 9600 Pro> 128mb, 8 pipe render.

ATI 9600 Pro still the all around better gaming card of the two?

Yup, you can mod it to a 9500 Pro.

And from what I've heard and seen, the 9500 is still a bit better than the 9600 in some instances.
