Best damn CPU

Just got myself a late Christmas gift that i've been wanting forever. I bought the new AMD 64FX. Holy crap. I have to underclock it for my system to keep up. Games are probably close to 20 times faster/better. Although the price is not for the light-hearted (500ish dollars) it is damn worth it. Plus, the way i look at is i wont need a new cpu for the next 10 years. It is truly magnificent. I can have my web design apps up like 3D Studiomax, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. Plus, I can have Norton running a full scan, Be hosting a CS Server, be signed on to AIM and ICQ, and still be able to play those huge games like BF1942.

If the oportunity arises, GET IT!! Screw a new fridge, or a busted tire on your car. You wont need one once you get this (It'll make your system, if not you, fly)

what type of mo board? I don't know when I'll build my next computer ... but a dual AMD 64 sounds mouthwatering. A new graphics card will prolly come first.

I'm stoked that you like your new CPU. But, I'm willing to bet that you're going to want a new one before "10 years" have passed. :D
