I've heard much about this game...the game is off the HOOK!! I mean, I watched movies, and you got guys being knocked up and down, back and forth through the air. Nuts.

And that whole deal about being able to TRAVEL through your WEAPONS? Whaaa?

Can't wait!

Yeah the items all contain a little world with things living inside them. EVERYTHING does. Even healing items. All the items have class attributes. Honestly I still don't get this even though I read the tutorial 2X. This is gonna take some time to master.

Well, I know a guy who got a reviewers copy of the game before it was officially released. The only problem he sees is that sometimes you can't see what you're doing, because while one can rotate the screen, sometimes you just can't get the right angle. You end up fighting blindly.

There is a certain HOSHIGAMI element to the game, in that you can attack people more than once per round(I think). Unfortunately, so can your enemies. Shoot, I hope this game is as hard as heck.

Yeah it rotates 360 but you can't control where it stops. When it does that you can only catch a glimpse of the enemy as the camera angle goes by.

Wait til you do combos with the penguins. That's one of the funniest things I've seen or heard in a long time.

You are damn right about that. I had to wait a day to get my hands on it becuase it was sold out the first day. I was pissed :( Anyway, so far, the game is good. I love the manga like characters and cheezy jokes. I am like one hour into the game and battles are fairly entertaining. Nothing really hard so far though..... FFT has some hard battles, I hope there are some in Disgaea too. According to IGN.com's review, AI of this game supposes to be challenging. Perhaps I am not there yet. I listen to all the voice acting, that is probably why it takes me a while to advance...

Here is a question, do you listen to English or Japanese voice acting?

Has FFT met its match?

Well, FFT was my second favorite game of all time, right after FF7. However, if I can make a proper judgement after playing Disgaea for about two hours(which I can't to be honest with you), this game has succeeded FFT in utter phatness.

I love the whole idea of having to go to a council to request things(with the included possibility of kicking their behind if they don't listen!)

I love the Japanese voice option...which I have turned on with subtitles.

The fighting system is genius...really what Hoshigami should have been.

Atlus has gotten really cool on us, folks.

And the WEAPON descriptions...had me rolling. I mean, the iron lance is "popular with housewives"..hahaha

And heck, you can ENTER the weapons and defeat enemies there! I'm not ready for the place yet...got my butt soundly kicked.

Addiction is all over this title. I KNOW it will addict me, yet I have to play it.

So much to say about it...but I really need to go and play. Bye bye.

Good thing you ordered early. I read that only 20,000 copies got sent to the U.S. This is gonna become a hard to find cult classic.

The dialogue is hilarious. But I should expect that from a game with @$$ right on the back cover.
