If this board is about which SYSTEM is better [it doesnt say "Console Wars], why arent PC gamers posting there more often, if not dominating the console competitors altogether? Often posted here is the understanding that PC's are superior SYSTEMS, so......

Wait, I know, its because PC gamers are more refined, in control of their opinions, dont involve themselves with those predisposed to flamming & other coarse behavior, right? :D

Because it doesn't matter. I'm going to enjoy PC gaming no mater what people say. If PC gaming is suspossedly going to die soon, I'd wish it died more often. There are so many good frekin games that have come out recently and this year and the next is shaping up to be a stellar year for us PC gamers.

What gets me is why can't all systems co-exist? Why do people want a particular system/platform to die is beyond me. I think it's idiotic because the more the better.

Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but I think its a "new day" on the System Wars board. Chris, the administrator promises to ride heard over posts, & cliams he will minimize flamming. I suggested that more of us PC types post there as console gamers are operating under old, outdated assumptions about our systems . I think their mind set could use an upgrade on how stable OS has become, that constant tweaking is not the norm but an enjoyed option .
At any rate, I see there are a few regulars defending the fort here, I hope more will come if the debates are productive & kept somewhat civil [mature].

I go there cuz I like to flame and argue. I'm not very mature you see, so a board like system wars will draw me to it faster than a hobo on a ham sandwich.

So far a good 95% of my posts have been informative and meaningful since we switched to the new boards..thats kinda out of character for me and is something I need to fix really soon.

The post have been somewhat interesting, stevedperkins dominates @ the moment w/his honed view on the gaming world [hip waders recommended]. I see you & fragmaster have been mak'n your hits there. Surprised was I to see the Mac being defended [do people really game on Macs??]
