Since Ninja Gaiden wont come out till December 12th that pretty much doesnt leave us with much to go with.I'd have to say that Mario Kart is the seller for now.FF X-2 I dont think will do as well as people think it will.Not this time out.Too many changes in the gameplay,plus the game is supposed to not be as long as its predessessors was either.We'll just have to wait and see here.

I picked the Final Fantasy game. I think there are a lot of gamers out there who like Square games and will buy it for that reason only. Of course, my $$ is going to Ninja Gaiden :D
