Has anyone picked up this game and gave it a whirl yet?

Also.. anyone know where there might be some reviews for it? I was looking for some at Gamespot and IGN but couldn't find any reviews, just previews.

I haven't played it yet. If you go to www.gamerankings.com, you may see a few reviews from some sites. They may or may not be as reliable, but hopefully they will give you an insight on the game.

Didn't have much luck there either....

It is getting late here and I am just a wee-bit tired so i may have not chased down all the links properly... will give second look tommorow to make sure.

Was hoping some game sites got early releases of the game for review purposes, but i guess not.

Few more days and I bet some will pop-up somwhere.

i have played the demo of it, i have seen a rweview of the gameon tv although it is not out here yet, i am in the uk, the game has excellent visuals, great sounds and amzing gameplay however i am not sure exactly of the length of the game, there are several mission objectieves puer level, the ships stay more or less the same as for locations are primarily in space, .

i hope this can give u a general idead of the game, although i have only played the imported demo version, an i am pretty sure the import review ion tv was as accurate as the finial game version.

The previews and the screen shots I saw looked good.

Maybe their will be some suprise land missions..... they did land somtimes, although the t.v. show was set primarly in space.

Hope player reviews don't turn out too bad..... would be cool if this was a good game.

Reviews for this game have called it <i>standard fare</i> for a space game almost all the way across the board.

Nothing too great but not too disappointing either.

I and many reviewers were greatly disappointed it has no multi-play of any kind. To me multi-play either online or offline is STANDARD.

If I wanted one-player games I would PC game.

Since i do not own <i>any</i> flying/fighting games for my PS2, am gonna pick this up when the price drops enough.

Don't think I will pay more than $10 or so for it though.
