online play????

I have had my PS2 now since it originally came out, and I always thought about online play. I never knew what I had to do in order to accomplish it. I was wondering how much will it cost, what do I have to buy and will it worth with DSL??? If you can please help. thank you

Haven't had much can to play my PS2 online because i don't have broadband yet, but i will tell you what i got.

You need the network adaptor for the PS2
I can't really remeber the price. Been awhile since I bought mine... my guesstimate is around $30 to $40.

The new PS2s come with it bundled I think.

You need a game that is online.... that's kinda obvious.

And you need broadband (I am sure DSL is fine, but not completely postive).... the only game I know of that you can play with dial-up is Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3.

That's about it I think.... but I don't know everything.

Unlike XBox ... Playstation does not charge a yearly fee that i know of.

Like I said I am not an expert at all, but that's what i got.
