In Project Gotham 2, go to the main Kudos mode. Then, when you are selecting a car for a race, you can go into your garage. Go to garage and choose free walk mode. Walk over to the other side of your garage and you'll see an arcade standing there. Get close to it and press A button. Enjoy.

Well, after a few more minutes of playtime... my new high score is 10665. Beat that!
