Nod... me too.
If we don't go see it in the theater we will definatly buy this one the day it hits DVD.
I am not ashamed to admit I was one sad mother$&%#er when he was killed.
I may have cried harder when Princess Di was killed, but I was more pissed offf about TuPac.
Tupac may have been a modern day Prophet..... time shall tell.
I grew up listening to my parents wane nostigically about the '60s stars that either overdosed or were killed, Janis Joplin, Jimmi, Lennon, etc.....
Sadly, now we have our own to mourn and remeber.

2pac was ok and all I can say that there are 2 genres in which 99% of the music is horrible: techno and rap. 2pac was in that 1% IMO and I think he changed a lot for the music industry. I think that rap music would be much better if he was still around.
Ressurection was very nicely done.
Very nice editing except for only slight flaws with the sentance-splicing in the very beginning and end. I'm a Tupac fan, and it was really cool to hear him tell his life story in his own voice. The video editing aspect of it was also well done.
I agree; If Tupac were still around, things would be a lot better off. Rap would not be thought of as a crappy genre of muzik because these moneyhungery wannabee's would have never perverted it.
Even if you are not into hip-hop you should see this documentary. It's pretty interesting and eye openning. 'Pac lived a pretty interesting life and had a great mind filled with incredibly passionate yet logical opinions. Check it out when you get the chance.
*Peace

the song "Runnin(dying to live)" sucks, they ruined it. That song was on an album that came out back in 99 I think called "the 2pac and biggie you never heard" and that version was MUCH better.

I say let the man die, and stop trying to make money off of his corpse.

lol...
remember Dear Mama?
"There's no way I could pay you back..."
taking into consideration all the money she has made from the credit for his music and merchandise, maybe that wasn't entirely true... :D
(not to bash on her in any way though...)
