I don't have my speakers connected so i can't watch until later, but all I have to say is that after the horrible last two games of the series, they deserve every bit of ridicule that they get. I'm so sad.

Lame. Absolutely lame. Also, pointless.

Is that Spud Webb in the background?

Lame? That shift was funny.

But dayum, DT wuz on it. (And so was TMZ and YouTube. Like geez, when did Shaq do that? Probably 8:03pm Monday night?) The radio morning show I listen to played it this morning, and Jim Rome had a take on it today as well... but I was like, 'yeah I already know all about it fellas - a video game forum beat you out!'

I thought it was lame because Shaq is still holding a grude against Kobe. He needs to grow up. It would have been ok if he was still a youngster in the league, but he's a vet and future Hall of Famer. Drop it already, Shaq.

Shaq also lost his Deputy Badge in Arizona, along with my respect. I always liked the fact that he was an athlete that stayed clean on and off the court. This "rap", "Freestyle" or whatever he wants to call it isn't going to get him in trouble, but I used to respect the fact that I never heard Shaq's name about anything off the court. Now, it's just another athlete doing something dumb.

Maybe it's a cultural thing (if that) but I thought it was funny as hell. I've seen guys go back and forth at it snapping/freestyling. One of the scariest things growing up you would see a battle going back and forth you start laughing the guy losing the battle see you laughing then focus in on you. Get his groove going then the other guy piles on you LOL. So me seeing this just bought that back nothing really malicious (although the cracks could cut pretty deep) then move on.

LOL at the crowd chanting "Kobe how my A$$ taste" and come RBH the vasectomy line was classic you even had to crack a smile at that.

Nah, it's not a cultural thing. I think I've just lost so much interest in rap these past few years that I don't consider much of it entertaining, even with the Big Cactus doing it.

On another subject: The Batman Gotham Knight DVD is coming out July 8th or 9th.

Also on another subject: Check the Talking Baseball 08 thread. Your G-Women are mentioned in there.

I kind of feel the same about the last few years of rap.

And from this point on you will refer to the GIANTS only as the CHAMPS.

Refer to the Giants as Old News? Sure.

Poor, Shaq, or the Greatest what could've been. If Shaq only had half the work ethic that Kobe has, he would have two hand's worth of rings. The greatest waste of talent I've ever witnessed in the sport.

Shaq had the potential to make any average team into a NBA championship contender. Now, he's just a liability for Phoenix.
