Well, the rumor turned out true. As of today, at EB Canada, at least, you can pick up an xbox Quest pack, consisting of an xbox, controller, SW:KOTOR and MA as pack-in games along with a 2 month xbox live subscription card for $279.99 canadian. Or $30 canadian more than the thorougly pathetic Clone Wars/Tetris
Worlds bundle. I still want to meet the donkey who thought that was a good pack-in combo to move systems.
The Quest pack is pretty sweet, makes me wish I didn't have an xbox so I could pick up this bundle. I have no idea if this bundle will be available south of the border. They should, but hell, they didn't with the Adrenaline Pack. MS is one strange company at times.

Dang. Maybe ol' Trebor will go on a road trip north, pretty soon. What's sad is that I live in one of those northern states where driving to Canada wouldn't be that far out of the realms of possibility.

Yeah, but to get into Canada you have to slap a mountie on the ass and drink a keg of Molsons...I dunno if it'd be worth the price you pay with your dignity.

Don't you guys watch the news? The canadian dollar is way up this year. You'd be lucky to get $1.30 canadian for an american dollar. $280 can + 15% sales tax(unless you can make it to Alberta) is about $320 canadian or about $245 US at current exchange rates.
This package if it moved to the states should come in at $20 more at $199 US. So, I wouldn't recommend a trek to Canada for the bundle. As a guy on another forum said, he was waiting for the Best of Both Worlds bundle with SW:KOTOR and Halo as the pack-in games. Now, that would be the schiznit.

It wouldn't be worth the trouble if it came to $245 USD. I'll just wait for M$ to wise up and put out a worthwhile bundle in the states.

I've gotten more stupider in just three days since I got me an xbox. But I is having an good time!!!
I always noticed more better taste in the gamecubers over the xbots like in movies and music and literature and everything and stuff. Now I just wanna kill stuff and watch porn flicks. I now finally understand the power of X.
And about killing brain cells with certain behavior. . . . no more killing my brain cells with with the KGB and Absynthe. . . . its Coors light from now on baby!

I agree about the comment of better taste in Cubers when it comes to movies, music, and other media - to some degree. My tastes are so picky that finding anyone with similar interests is really difficult - your privy to some of my odd tastes in music, if I'm not mistaken.
KGB are still my poison of choice, but I've been taking a break from them this week. Boredom has ensued.
Never done Absynthe, but I've done a host of other halucinogens - in my younger days. Generally I stick with Mary Jane. There is just something about the combination of videogames and good tweed that goes so well together.
Although I am becoming a fan of the Hardcore Apple Cider lately.
