Certain games or scenarios where your movement is restricted, like rail shooters, could certainly benefit from this new level of interactivity. What do you think?

Now that is a wicked demo. Nintendo has to release something like that . I would be all over it.

I don't see why it has to be limited to railshooters. I think using the Nunchuck to move around still works very well with this technology, it's just that you can now "move in place" more.
You know what though? Since Nintendo and Nintendo Wii Developers don't seem to even want to release these kinds of games for the Wii, I'm hoping this kind of stuff becomes standard on PCs, so we can get next gen Wii control and next-gen hardware and graphics to match. I don't mind buying Wiimotos, IR glasses and some kind of USB plugin to make this kind of thing standard fare on PCs.
